If a man says "I am lying" is he lying or telling the truth?

For a lot of women, that would be like that one scene where a human triumphs over a robot by asking it a similar question, only replacing "a man" with "a liar." However, I feel I am fortunate enough to be with a man who would be telling the truth and admitting he was lying.

I'd love to know what's cranking the knobs in your cranium. :)
